Location: Upstairs at Bill Burgoyne Arena

FEE FOR USAGE
SCMHA teams may use the room free of charge; however, a $100.00  fee is charged per usage for the room for external groups. Payment can be by by cash or cheque. Cheques must be made payable to SCMHA and include a reference to the event. Cheques should be mailed to:

USAGE AGREEMENTS
1. Leave the room clean and tidy after your event.
2. Lock all doors as you leave.
3. Report any issues regarding the state of the facilities or equipment to Cheryl Edl (see contact info below).
4. Drinking is only allowed with a special event license. For more information on obtaining a license, contact:

1. Review the CURRENT BOOKINGS list shown below (the room is NOT available for dates/times listed).
2. Determine the date/time you require the room.
3. Send an email with details of your request (date, time, group, purpose).
