Start to the season and Dryland Training
Hi Warrior families,
Really want to thank everyone who came out to support our fundraiser this past weekend in order for our team to get the training we need for the coming season. Was a huge success and congrats to everyone for coming together to put on a great event.
I have set up our first Dry Land training session with Discipline Martial Art that specialized in cardio and muscle training for our young boys. This Thursday night from 7-8:00 PM at 400 Jones Rd in Stoney Creek.
We will also be getting our Sinclair Powerskating sessions throughout the season and have booked Nick Rotundi again for this season to work with the boys on their individual skills and hockey sense.
I know the beginning of the season has been different from our past seasons, but I can promise that the team will be getting better through out the season and looking forward to getting better and back on track with some great player development.
