Select Winterfest Tournament Date: Thursday February 17 - Sunday February 20,2022 (Local teams may be required to play a game Thursday night, games begin at 8am Friday morning)
Tournament Cost: $1250.00 Canadian (plus $50.00 Hockey Canada surcharge for USA Teams). 10% of registration fee is due at time of registration with balance to be paid in full by December 1st
Make Cheques Payable To: Stoney Creek Minor Hockey Association. There will be a $75.00 fee for NSF cheques

Tournament Format: 4 game guarantee. No game ends in a tie due to the tournament overtime format.
Game times: Round Robin games are 10-10-10. Semi- Final & Final Games are 10-10-15
Refund Policy: No refund for cancellation of tournament entry after January 18,2022. Any team cancelling their entry before January 18,2022 for non-Covid reasons will receive a full refund less a $100.00 administration fee. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Tournament Chair at [email protected]
All teams will be given a full refund if there is a government lockdown order prior to the tournament. Any team who wishes to withdraw from the tournament due to Covid will be given a full refund as long as sufficient documentation is provided.
