Welcome to the Stoney Creek Warriors ’09 U15AA team website. 




For those of you who don’t know me, I have been coaching minor hockey since 1996, mostly in the Stoney Creek Minor Hockey Association but also with the Hamilton Jr. Bulldogs Association and the Hamilton Huskies Association.  I had 3 sons go through the AA and AAA systems and are now adults and out of minor hockey.  I do not have any children in the 2009 age group. 

The Stoney Creek Warriors will continue competing in the OMHA Tri-County Minor Hockey League (Bowen AA) this upcoming year.  The seasonal calendar will be similar to this past season. Tryouts will be held during the first week of May.  The Fall Developmental Phase will be between August 28th to October 1st.  And the Regular Season will begin in October and end mid-February.  Playdowns will follow throughout March.

I will be looking for players who are hard working, selfless, disciplined, dedicated and willing to learn.  We intend to create a fun environment but it will be on a competitive hard working team.
