DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES: SEPTEMBER 13, 2013. However, be advised that acceptance and placement is based on a first received first accepted basis. ACCEPTED Teams will be notified once payment is received. Teams will be notified of their game times no later than October 4, 2013. Any team withdrawing after September 27, 2013 will not be entitled to a refund. All local area teams may play their first game on Thursday evening. All remaining teams will play their first game on Friday during school hours. Schedule on Friday to commence at 8:00am. Every effort will be made to accommodate teams’ first game start time who are traveling long distance to our tournament. Registration takes place in the arena where your first game is to be played. Team Managers are asked to report to the arena at least one (1) hour prior to the start of their team’s first game.
