How much do you think your son’s shot would improve if he was to take 5000 shots in 10 weeks?  There’s evidence to show that daily micro-practices are effective and often superior to longer practice sessions once or twice a week.  When you practice a little each day, skills don’t erode.

Come out to The Powerhouse on September 14 to support the Novice AA team.  Tickets are $15 each and there will be door prize draws.  Event starts at 9:00 pm, let's pack the place.

July 6 @ 08:30 everyone will meet at Hutches on the beach - Confederation Park.  It will be a 5 km round-trip ride.  Returning players know the route.  For the families that cannot attend on July 6th, you can still get pledges and complete the 5 km.  We will collect your money at a later date. The potluck BBQ and get together after will be at Fifty Point conservation area.  The gate to get in will require the password that was previously emailed to you from Michelle Sansom.
