Aidan Bevandic potted 2 goals in the Hawks victory. The team faught harder than ever before after falling to a 1-0 Flyers early goal. Tommy Mason is our Kal Tire player of the game. His hard work, fore checking and back checking with his line mates made all the difference. Great work Tommy! The Hawks next test will be against the 1st place Canucks.

Lucas Spence played an amazing game on defense making critical plays when the game was on the line. He was as solid as a rock. For this reason, he is the Novice Hawks Kal Tire player of the game. way to go Lucas.

Great game Hawks! Hawks took a quick 2-0 lead with goals by Noah Guimond in the first 2 minutes of the game. the Flyer came back to tie it. In the 3rd perios, Aidan Bevandic scored the game winning goal on a breakaway. Stoney Creek Novice Black Hawks Kal Tire Player of the Game is Nico Stavrianos. Nico put in a stellar performance in goal by keeping us in the game in the 2nd and third period with some key saves.

Best game of the season for the Black Hawks. Great goaltending by Aiden. Penalties, penalty shot, intense play, great defense... all the makings of a great hockey game.
