Team 3 Leafs, TYK, 2016-2017 (HOME OF THE STONEY CREEK WARRIORS AA HOCKEY)

The schedule is posted and updated on our calendar.  We have 2 games on Friday March 10th and 1 on Saturday morning.  Depending on how we do there could be further games on Saturday afternoon and Sunday. March 10th - 9am vs. Lincoln Jets March 10th - 3pm vs. Lincoln Flyers March 11th - 11am vs. Thorold White Go Leafs Go!!

On Jan 29th about 1 hour before the SCMHA Tyke Leafs went on to battle the Kings, the team was visited by Walter Gretzky!  Walter generously signed autographs for all the kids and took pictures with each one of them.  After the autographs and pictures the floor was Walters as the coaching staff handed over the pre-game pep talk.

Congratulations to the SCMHA Tyke Leafs for playing some excellent hockey in the Thorold Henderson House League tournament over the holidays.  The Leafs when 3-0-1 to finish the round robin portion of the event with the best record in the Tyke division.  Playing in the Championship game, the team played very well and made a bold effort to come back after going down 4-0.  The Leafs ended up losing 4-1 in the Championship game, but controlled most of the play and just did not get any bounces to go their way. Congratulations Leafs!!!
