PEEWEE AE, 2017-2018, Rep (HOME OF THE STONEY CREEK WARRIORS AA HOCKEY)

Game 5 of the Tri-County Championship series between our Peewee AE Warriors and the Oakville Rangers was on Saturday at Valley Park. It's been an intense and nerve wracking series to date and game 5 continued the trend. The game was tied 0-0 after the 1st period, and 1-1 after the teams traded power play goals in the 2nd. The Rangers took the lead with just over 2min left in the game. Going on the power play for the last 90sec, our Warriors left it all on the ice as the tried for the tying goal to force overtime but ran out of time. Our Peewee AE Warriors are back tied up with Oakville Rangers after another set of 2 games this past weekend. Home ice disadvantage continued for both teams as the Warriors lost at home 2-0 but won 3-0 in Oakville. This is a great series! After 4 games, each team has 2 wins, 6 goals for and 6 goals against. Game 5 of this QEW Battle goes onthis Saturday at Valley Park, with puck drop at 5:10pm. Let's get out to support the boys strive for the Championship on home ice! Let's go Warriors!

Our Peewee AE Warriors are tied with Oakville Rangers after 2 exciting games. After losing 2-0 at home on Saturday, the team traveled down the QEW for Sunday's game in Oakville. Down 0-2 after the 1st, the boys rallied and won 3-2 with some timely power play goals in the 3rd. The series continues this weekend with games in Stoney Creek on Saturday and in Oakville on Sunday.  Let's get out and keep up support as the boys strive for the Championship!
